The Creative Copywriters Ltd provides copywriting, content marketing, brand strategy, and related marketing services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any additional agreements.

Project Terms

Intellectual Property

Copyright Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full copyright ownership of work created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Third-Party Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide. We are not liable for copyright infringement of client-provided materials.

Client Responsibilities

Revisions and Changes

Our standard service includes reasonable revisions as outlined in project proposals. Significant changes beyond agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain liable for work completed prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
